Director of Sales Responsibilities

Director of Sales Requirements

  • Licensing & Education: Must possess or have the ability to secure a Real Estate License. A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or demonstrated equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience & Expertise: At least 4 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on team leadership. Applicants should showcase a history of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Communication & Analysis: Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities. Adeptness in leveraging data to identify recruitment patterns, diagnose operational challenges, and devise effective solutions.
