Director of Sales Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, training, and management of sales staff, including scheduling, coaching, performance evaluations, and adherence to company policies.
- Contribute to strategic sales plans; oversee action plans, quality control, problem resolution, and conduct audits.
- Manage financial objectives by forecasting needs, preparing annual budgets, monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective measures.
- Set and achieve annual sales quotas; project sales volume and profits for new and existing products; develop pricing strategies and monitor market trends.
- Plan, develop, and evaluate advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; create effective field sales action plans.

Director of Sales Qualifications
