Branch Manager Responsibilities
- Lead daily branch operations, wielding full accountability for profitability while collaborating closely with the sales team to boost revenue generation.
- Direct and mentor a dynamic team of approximately 30+ Field Workers and 2 Area Managers, and 8+ crews, fostering operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustained growth.
- Own the branch’s P&L performance, proactively making operational adjustments to exceed financial targets and strategic goals.
- Champion and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including HR policies, compensation structures, safety standards, and operational protocols, to cultivate a compliant and efficient work environment.
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with local and state agencies, industry associations, developers, and potential clients to secure projects and promote positive public relations.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to oversee the effective management of facilities, personnel, materials, equipment, and property, ensuring optimal resource allocation and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the sales and accounting departments to guarantee the delivery of quality services on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Craft and execute strategic and tactical plans, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) for current and future success, and implementing actionable strategies to adapt to evolving business needs.
