2015 marks our 10th full year of matching top talent with leading homebuilders across the country. We are grateful and humbled to work with some of the best-performing companies in our industry that continue to offer world-class opportunities for their employees. The clients and candidates that we work with daily and the relationships we have forged over the years inspire us to grow and to evolve.
It is with great enthusiasm and gratitude that we announce our new identity: Big Builder Sourcing is now MatchBuilt
So why the change? In short, the name change reflects our evolving client base. In addition to the bigger, high-volume national homebuilders that we work with, we also collaborate with numerous fast-growing medium-sized builders and start-ups. Under the new name, we also intend on introducing new services that solve many more human resource-related challenges within our industry.
As we forge ahead with the new name (yes, we are still getting used to it too) and fresh identity, we will continue to offer the breadth of resources of a major or “big” executive search firm and support our clients and candidates with the personal touch and high level of communication they have been used to.
